Spa Policies and FAQ’s

 

Spa Reservations and Payment

We recommend making spa appointments in advance for best availability. Should you have a preference as to a male or female therapist, please let us know at time of reservation; if no preference is stated, we will schedule you with any one of our highly trained therapists.

Élan Brio Spa is adult-only; guests must be 18 or older. Guests who are under 18 years old may visit the salon provided they are accompanied by a guardian. Services they can receive are nail treatments and salon services.

Maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for our spa guests is very important to us. For this reason, talking on cell phones and the use of phone cameras in the locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas is prohibited.

Cancellation Policies & Fees

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our guests and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other guests who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be automatically added to all Spa and Salon services. No additional gratuities are expected. However, should this amount not reflect the amount you would like to provide as a gratuity for the service, simply indicate such at check-out and our front desk staff will happily make any adjustments you request.

Please arrive a minimum of one-half hour before your scheduled appointment to allow ample time to check in, change, and to relax. Please be ready in the Relaxation Room Lounge five minutes before your appointment; your therapist will meet you there.

To provide the highest level of personalized service some spa and salon services include consultation time with your spa therapist. This consultation is part of the service time and allows the therapist to customize products to your specific skin type and to discuss any other important details or preferences. If you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.

PRICES & PROMOTIONS

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

Group Bookings

For parties of six or more, please contact our group coordinator for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointments and arranged pricing. A 20% service charge will automatically be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire about fees and available dates.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, or through our website. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.

REFUNDS

Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed with the result or unhappy with the outcome. Products: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase for the same product only. In accordance with federal law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on prescription products for any reason.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept in your possession or always stowed in your locker. Élan Brio Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Smoke-Free Facility

Committed to providing a healthy and relaxing experience for all guests, Élan Brio Spa is a smoke-free environment. Please refrain from smoking of any kind (tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana— including medical).

ADDITIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY INFORMATION

Please refrain from visiting the spa if you or a household member have a fever, a communicable illness or if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive. We ask that you respect the spa’s sanitation and hygiene standards and processes within the spa and shared by team members.
Please wash hands prior to beginning each treatment/service.
Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at the spa.
While our spa has always met stringent sanitation requirements, we will now more visibly display those efforts for your comfort.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY

Please notify our Spa Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

Please disclose to your provider if you are using any prescription medicine that affects your skin or could cause bleeding.

All spa guests will be asked to complete a health questionnaire prior to appointment with your service provider, designed with your wellbeing in mind, and kept on file.

Please do not bring food or beverages into the spa or salon. Élan Brio Spa provides infused and regular water. The Spa Café menu offers a range of beverages and food items for your visit.
